Northern Provinces
Currently only three production units are packing small volumes of Crimson Seedless and Sugranineteen until the end of Week 7. All other production units have completed packing activities for the season. Weather conditions are favourable whilst the quality is still excellent.
Orange River Region
Packing activities for the season have been completed.
Oliphants River Region
Redglobe, Crimson Seedless and Autumn Royal are currently being packed in the region. It is expected that a few producers will complete their packing activities for the season by the end of Week 6. Weather conditions are favourable for packing, the quality is excellent and the vineyards are healthy.
Berg River Region
Redglobe, Autumn Royal, Crimson Seedless, Sugranineteen, Sweet Celebration®, Bonheur and La Rochelle are being packed in various parts of the region. The quality is excellent and the vineyards are very healthy.
Hex River Valley Region
Crimson Seedless, Autumn Royal, Redglobe, Regal Seedless, Melody®, Krissy® and Magenta® is mostly being packed in the region. The season is still 10-14 days earlier than normal and all varieties tend to mature at the same time due to the excellent weather conditions still being experienced. The quality is excellent and vineyards are very healthy.
